Corporate Partner agrees to pay the registration fee.<br>Registration fees are payable and due within 30 days to avoid late fee.<br><br>Late fee - A 20% late fee will be assessed 30 days after First workshop date.<br>Administrative fee - A 25% fee will be assessed for program transfers.<br>Cancellation fee - Cancellations must be made within a minimum of 10 days prior to program start to avoid a 25% cancellation fee. 

LEAD: A 75% credit will be issued upon request if participant leaves prior to the third workshop.
IMpower: A 75% credit will be issued upon request if participant leaves prior to the second workshop.
**If an IMpower Participant initiates the 360 feedback tool and then cancels their registration, a charge for the tool will be assessed.
